Remembering 9/11

(I started rhyming, the same day the new towers were born. Oct. 18th 2004)

Although the present times and how much we have moved as a nation, forward, –ever since the catastrophic event that took place in ground zero at New York City, the plane that crashed into the Pentagon in Washington DC and the crashing of a fourth plane on Pennsylvania– all on September 11 2011– The United States still stands strong. We have bounced from a phase of economic breakdown and a discomposed government, and have progressed with the new towers being built and tower one with already 104 floors. With the elections coming soon, the critical perspective is, that the war has cost us “$4 trillion dollars, and more than 6,500 American soldiers” against Iraq. That it was declared under the Republican Bush Administration and that the Educational system is also under redirection. New York is the greatest city in the world, that has to be accounted should you not be aware with what happened while the Republican party’s George W. Bush was in office. With what Mayor Bloomberg (another republican) has been doing with the education system, his enforcing regulations on containing taxi drivers in specified locations and trying to control what kind of beverages New Yorkers should drink. . . This city (for the most part) should be uplifted with him leaving office this year. Barack Obama’s desire for another term in the presidency is another acknowledgement that New Yorkers should not take for granted. He has kept promises that have not been seen since Bill Clinton (help provider in speeches and supporter) who is recognized for the success of America in the 90’s.

Tracking The Obama Administration: 1. Killed Osama Bin Laden 2. The economy is back in motion 3. Countless of troops back from Iraq 4. ObamaCare 5. Prioritizing Education
